Wemmigration team is extremely excited to officially have applied for recognition by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) as an approved provider of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) sessions.
As per CICC’s regulations, every authorized practitioner and Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCICs) “must maintain and enhance their professional Adherence to such a life-long learning approach is imperative for immigration practitioners, RCICs and RISIAs to ensure a competent and ethical practice is provided to clients.
RCIC and RISIAs must complete 16 hours and 6 hours of CPD each year, respectively, by participating in College-approved activities.
Wemmigration is quite hopeful to gain the trust of the CICC Professional Standards, Research, Education and Policy Department (CPD and PME) to become one of the College-approved CPD providers, and will certainly keep the audience informed. Upon a potential approval as CPD provider, every single potential professional development session would be reviewed by CICC independently for approval to ensure the continuous usefulness of the series.
