Summery

This 3-hour session, designed for RISIAs, RCICs, and immigration attorneys, will cover a range of subjects relevant to artificial intelligence ethics in the entire immigration industry. The AI use of clients for application submissions, use of AI in practice record management, in IRCC’s decision making (e.g., Chinook 3+), challenges in the Judicial Review (JR) process, and in processes in Immigration and Refugee Board (IRB) will be thoroughly discussed. AI opportunities, obstacles, and impact on confidentiality, data security, and transparency in the immigration fields will also be covered.
